Custom Charges 

We're coming at you from the hardwoods of Australia, but watch out, international ballers! Depending on where you're hooping, you might face some Customs fees. Be a sharpshooter and know your country's Customs requirements before you order. 

We don't want any fouls on the court, so be prepared to handle any extra fees like a true MVP!

We team up with Australia Post and Startrack to get your goods to you. Unless you call a play, we'll use a safe drop for your package.

 

International Shipping

Standard Post: $20 (NZ) - Chur Aotearoa 

Express Post: $35 (NZ) - Bro sweet as it’s on fast break!

Standard Post: $45 (US/EURO/UK) - Slam dunk your order worldwide!

Express Post: $65 (US/EURO/UK) - Get your gear in a flash!

We ship globally with Australia Post pack and track mail. Heads up, international ballers: you're responsible for sales tax, duty, and customs charges.

 

Delivery Time Frames

 

Australia (Metropolitan Areas):

Express: Usually next business day - Like a fast break!

Standard: Usually 3 business days - Solid and steady!

Regional Areas: Between 3 and 7 days - We cover the full court!

 

International:

Standard: Typically 7-10 business days - Worth the wait!

Express: Typically no longer than 5 days - Speedy delivery!

Shipping times might vary due to customs and other unexpected delays. If your gear hasn't arrived on time, email us your full name and order number for a quick assist.

 

Order Cancellations

If we need to call a timeout and cancel your order, we'll reach out to you. No extra charges or compensation for the inconvenience. Cancel your order before shipping? You’ll get a credit note and a postage refund.

 

Missing Items in Transit

SWISH NATION isn’t responsible for parcels lost or delayed by Australia Post or other carriers. We’ll assist in tracking and investigating if needed.

 

Missing Items from an Order

Missing something? Email customercare@swishnation.co with your order number and a snapshot of your invoice. Our orders are picked and packed under video —so we can double-check every play.

 

Faulty Items

Check your gear as soon as you get it. Faulty items can be returned for assessment. If confirmed faulty, we'll refund you and cover return postage if it's the only item being sent back. Items worn or with tags removed won't be accepted.
